Sea Bass
A superb sweet, white, textured fish, sea bass is a popular feature of most menus. It is caught in the North Atlantic from Norway to Senegal.
Either served as small fillets (100g plus) or larger fish cut into steaks, wild sea bass really does have a taste of its own. Many restaurants like to serve this fish whole as it really does have the wow factor.
Sea bass can be accompanied with fennel, simply delicious!
